Donation Policy
- All donations made to Triveeryug Foundation are final and non-refundable.
- The Foundation accepts donations only through official online channels mentioned on the website.
- Cash donations are not accepted, except at authorised donation centres clearly notified by the Foundation. Any person or entity collecting cash on behalf of the Foundation without authorisation will be treated as fraudulent.
- Donors are advised to donate only through the official website (www.triveeryug.com) or the Foundation’s authorised accounts.
Fraud & Safety
The Foundation is not responsible for any payments made to unauthorised persons or third parties. Donors are requested to verify the authenticity of any fundraising campaigns before contributing. Legal Jurisdiction
All matters related to donations, services, and disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Nashik, Maharashtra, India. The Foundation abides by the laws of India, including the Income Tax Act (80G & 12A) and Companies Act, 2013 (Section 8).
